Young hip-hop artist, BURKIE will join Stevie G for a special performance of his track ‘We Ain’t Mad At Ya’ in memory of his best friend, Rían de Brún.

Rían, from Ballineen in West Cork, was described as “the happiest boy in the world”, but he took his own life in February 2022. He was just 15.

Aidan from Bandon, who performs as BURKIE, wrote this emotional and soulful tribute to his best friend, urging people to check in on their friends. ‘We Ain’t Mad At Ya’ is about how people can support themselves and others.
